刪除 Go Task 帳號
本頁說明如何刪除 Go Task 應用程式的帳號及相關資料。Go Task 由 WECAN DESIGN COLLECTIVE LIMITED(香港註冊有限公司)營運。
方法一:在 App 內刪除
已安裝 Go Task 的用戶,可直接於應用程式內完成刪除,無須等候處理。路徑如下:
個人 → 帳號設定 → 刪除帳號
流程為:閱讀刪除後果說明 → 系統檢查帳號有否未完成事項 → 選擇刪除原因 → 逐字輸入你的顯示名稱作最後確認 → 永久刪除。
如帳號仍有進行中的任務、未了結的爭議或審核中的任務,系統會要求先處理完畢,方可刪除。如需協助,可經 App 內「申訴中心」或以下電郵聯絡我們。
方法二:已解除安裝 App?以電郵申請
如你已解除安裝應用程式,或因任何原因無法登入,可以電郵向我們申請刪除帳號及相關資料。

- 註冊電郵地址
- 註冊電話號碼
- 用戶代碼(格式

為保障帳戶安全,我們可能要求你提供進一步資料以核實身分,方會處理刪除要求。
會刪除什麼

刪除後,該帳號即無法再登入。
會保留什麼,保留多久
依《用戶守則》及香港法例,以下資料不會隨帳號刪除而清除:

處理時間
- App 內刪除:即時生效
- 電郵申請:我們會在收到電郵後 5 個工作天內回覆,並於 30 日內完成處理
帳號刪除不可復原。刪除後,你的任務記錄、評分及信用度均無法回復。
Delete your Go Task account
This page explains how to delete your Go Task account and associated data. Go Task is operated by WECAN DESIGN COLLECTIVE LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.
Option 1: Delete in the app
If you still have Go Task installed, you can delete your account directly in the app, with no waiting period:
USER tab → Account Settings → Delete Account
The flow is: read the consequences of deletion → the app checks for outstanding items on your account → choose a reason → type your display name exactly to confirm → permanent deletion.
If your account still has a task in progress, an unresolved dispute or a task under review, the app will ask you to resolve it first. Contact us through the in-app Appeal Centre or the email address below if you need help.
Option 2: Already uninstalled? Request by email
If you have uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in for any reason, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by email.

- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number
- Your user code (format
USER-yyyymmdd-XXXX), if you know it
To protect your account, we may ask for further information to verify your identity before acting on a deletion request.
What is deleted

Once deleted, the account can no longer be used to sign in.
What is retained, and for how long
Under our User Rules and Hong Kong law, the following is not cleared when an account is deleted:

How long it takes
- In-app deletion: takes effect immediately
- Email request: we reply within 5 working days of receiving your email and complete processing within 30 days
Account deletion cannot be undone. Your task history, ratings and credibility score cannot be restored.
